Community Businesses
I recently left a message with our hoa voicemail regarding the pitiful job Groundhog did planting flowers around the Ellicott Mills‘s neighborhood signs. They apparently didn’t use a shovel to put the plants into the ground and in no time they were dying.
Two days ago I chanced to see Eric S., EM’s treasurer and suggested that we not pay this company for their poor work. Today, I saw the 3 areas redone with new replacement flowers but I am curious as to whether we paid the hogs to plant flowers, throw them away and then plant new ones again.
Two questions:
1) Are we such an affluent community that we can pay more to get less?
2) Is there a board member responsible to oversee Groundhog’s work?
Tired of the waste.
