Here on the site where Jonathan and George Ellicott established their mills in the early 19th century we have a very special Ellicott Mills Community of 405 homes and very large areas of wooded open space.  

We hope you continue to use the website to keep up-to-date on all that’s going on in our community.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

EMHA Board has retained Sentry Management to assist in the management of our association.

You received your introduction to Sentry Management.  The Ellicott Mills Homeowners Association website you are familiar with, http://www.ellicottmills.org, will continue to be your go-to place for announcements and information.  The Sentry Management website http://www.sentrymgt.com/ on the other hand, will be where you go to access community documents and forms, assessment payment options, association profile and your assessment account information, submit an application for architectural approval, report a violation and the like.

In the letter you received in the mail there are instructions for registering with Sentry Management using the account number provided.  We encourage you to register!  In order to register, please go to the http://www.sentrymgt.com/ and then Your CommunityPro Portal.  

RESALE PACKAGE

If you are a title company, closing agent or mortgage holder needing documents, forms or certificates to facilitate the sale of a property in Ellicott Mills which is managed by Sentry you must order those online from CondoCerts.  Sentry works with CondoCerts to provide these documents as a turn-key outsourced vendor. CondoCerts makes every effort to process your resale and lending information as quickly as possible but it is best to order these documents as early as possible. ASSESSMENT

The annual assessment is based on the calendar year of January 1 to December 31 and is paid annually.  The total assessment of $172.70 for 2016 is due by April 1, 2016.   Any assessment not paid by April 1, 2016 will be considered delinquent and if not paid within 30 days shall bear interest from April 1, 2016 at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum and the Association may bring legal action as described in the Declaration of Covenants Article V, Section 7.

COLLECTIONS

Ellicott Mills Board has signed an agreement with Niles, Barton and Wilmer Law Firm to pursue collection of delinquent assessments.
