2018 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FEE

Good News! The board of directors has decided to reduce the annual assessment fee to $100. This amount ($100) is due by April 1, 2018. 

Collections Procedures

We encourage you to avoid late payment charges by paying your dues on time. By May 30th, accounts that have not been paid shall be considered delinquent and handed over to our attorney (Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP) as per Declaration of Covenants Article V, Section 7 . The attorney will send a demand letter to the owner asking for the costs of collections in addition to the assessment fee, a $150 collection fee and any attorneys’ fees subsequently incurred. If the account remains delinquent, the attorney will pursue all other possible means including placing a lien or garnish wages. For details, please click on Collections Procedures Ountline.
